AY7 Management is a Private Single Family Office for the family of Jeff & Christine Coury, overseeing and managing the family’s diverse portfolio of assets and philanthropic initiatives.
Jeff C. Coury is the founder and Chairman of AY7 Management where he oversees the stewardship of his family’s diverse investment portfolio and philanthropic initiatives.
Jeff is currently the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Mortgage Connect, LP. Mortgage Connect is one of the nation’s largest, independent mortgage service providers serving the Origination, Servicing, and Capital Market Sectors through its corporate headquarters in Pittsburgh, with satellite offices in New York, Dallas, Denver and Irvine California. Under Jeff’s leadership, Mortgage Connect has grown to become one of the industry’s most respected mortgage service providers in the country, strategically partnered with the top lenders and servicers in the nation.
Prior to joining and recapitalizing Mortgage Connect in 2012, Jeff served as Chief Executive Officer of ServiceLink from 2002-2011. He grew Servicelink to a national, multi-platform organization more than tripling revenue and headcount. In 2005, Jeff spearheaded ServiceLink’s sale to Fidelity National Financial, where he remained as the company’s chief executive until 2011. During this time span, he quadrupled the company’s revenue through acquisition and organic growth.
Jeff began his professional career with The Coury Firm in 1995. During his time with the Firm, Jeff led several successful engagements through the Firm’s Business Advisory division across numerous industries, guiding entrepreneurs and family-owned companies through complex transactions, strategic growth initiatives, and long-term succession planning. In 2002, Jeff purchased The Coury Firm from the founder, and became Executive Chairman, where he currently still serves.
Jeff also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Jeff & Christine Coury Family Foundation. The Foundation partners with leading organizations to drive innovation and create transformative impact in education and healthcare.
Jeff earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Economics from Duquesne University and currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife and 7 children.

Christine Coury serves as the director for the Jeff & Christine Coury Family Foundation. Together with her husband, Jeff, she helps shape the Foundation’s vision and supports initiatives that expand educational opportunities, advance healthcare, and gives back to the communities in which their family grew up in.
Christine began her career at Deloitte as a CPA, where she developed a strong foundation in accounting and organizational management. She later dedicated her time to raising the couple’s seven children, an experience that continues to inspire her passion for family-centered giving and her belief in the importance of community. Prior to the launch of the Jeff & Christine Coury Foundation, Christine was largely involved as the East Coast Representative of Capes4Heroes. In this role, she coordinated fundraising and facilitated visits at various Children’s Hospitals and Ronald McDonald Houses throughout the Ohio Valley and Eastern US where her team delivered personalized superhero capes for children with disabilities and/or life-threatening illnesses.
In her role, Christine ensures the family’s philanthropy reflects their values of stewardship, service, and long-term impact, with a focus on creating meaningful opportunities for future generations.
Christine earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University in 1992, and she resides in Pittsburgh with her husband, Jeff, and their seven children.

Jeff C. Coury II serves President of AY7 Management and member of the Board of Directors. As President, Jeff leads the family office’s operations and manages its investment mandates on behalf of all family eligible clients.
In parallel to his role at AY7, Jeff is the Co-Chief Investment Officer of The Coury Firm, a privately held multi-family office, asset manager, and strategic business advisory platform. Gregg S. Coury is the Chief Executive Officer of The Coury Firm and serves on the Firm’s Board of Directors. Joining the firm in 1995, Gregg speared the launch of the Firm’s Multi-Family Office practice and Registered Investment Advisor. In 2002, with the change in ownership of the Firm, Gregg was named CEO.
As CEO, he is responsible for leading the Firm’s overall strategy and overseeing the full scope of its offerings, including its integrated service model and Multi-Family Office platform. With more than 30 years of experience, Gregg has advised families and businesses through a wide range of complex matters, including mergers and acquisitions, wealth transfers, succession planning, governance, and business exit strategies. Since becoming CEO, under Gregg’s leadership and direction the firm has experienced substantial growth and expanded its capability set and integrated service model. With his continued leadership, the Firm has a strong foundation for future growth for the next generation.

Cierra Coury is a Corporate Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where she advises clients on complex corporate transactions and strategic matters. In her practice, Cierra focuses on delivering thoughtful, long-term solutions that balance legal rigor with practical business insight.
Alongside her professional career, Cierra serves on the Board of Directors for AY7 and the Jeff & Christine Coury Family Foundation, applying her same strategic perspective to the family’s investment objectives to philanthropic endeavors. She supports initiatives that expand educational opportunities, improve healthcare access, and strengthen communities, helping carry forward the family’s commitment to meaningful impact.
Cierra earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, cum laude, and her B.S. in Biology (Neuroscience), magna cum laude, from Pennsylvania State University.

Cierra earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, cum laude, and her B.S. in Biology (Neuroscience), magna cum laude, from Pennsylvania State University.
Sean Gress serves as the Facilities Director for AY7 Management. Sean is responsible for the management, maintenance, security and strategic development of the family’s portfolio of real estate properties and commercial assets. In this role, Sean is intimately involved in overseeing everything from vendors, security, IT, construction, and staffing related family’s ethical real estate portfolio and physical assets.
Prior to joining AY7, Sean was the Director of Operations and Security for Fair Oaks Senior Living, and also previously served as a Security Officer for CSI Corporate Security Investigations.
Sean earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminology with a Minor in Communications from West Virginia University.

Elizabeth is the Development Coordinator for AY7 and the Jeff & Christine Coury Family Foundation, supporting the Foundation’s philanthropic initiatives and community engagement efforts.
In conjunction, Elizabeth also serves as the Marketing Strategist at The Coury Firm, where she applies her expertise in communications, branding, and client engagement to strengthen the Firm’s presence and impact. Prior to these roles, she gained valuable experience in the nonprofit sector, contributing to program development, fundraising and event planning, and community initiatives across multiple organizations.
Combining her professional skills with a passion for mission-driven work, Elizabeth plays a key role in ensuring that the Foundation’s investments in people and programs achieve meaningful, long-term impact.
Elizabeth earned her B.S.B.A. in International Business and Master of Arts – MA. in Communication and Business Leadership from High Point University.
